Question From J

Having recently adopted the tag of bona fide ‘grown up’ I am now beginning to find it difficult to strike a balance between being my ‘serious’ work self and my more laid back out of work self. I enjoy being both but find it takes me a long time to switch between the two. Any suggestions on how I can deal with this? ” - J

Question From A Reckless Friend

“Dear Letty, I left a candle burning all night (by mistake) my house didn’t even slightly catch fire does this mean that all health and safety information is nonsense? ” - A reckless friend

Question From Matthew

“I have done a lot of travel with work over the past few years and seen many amazing sights such as the diversity and beauty of Costa Rica, to the amazing countryside in Brazil, and recently to the crazy cities of Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong where East has met West in a big way… but in all of these far off places and those closer to home that I have gone to like Spain, Italy, France and Turkey they all appear to have (at least) 2 things in common despite being all over our planet.

Firstly they all have something to offer that is unique, beautiful or different and offer us something to learn. But secondly and more importantly there is always such a big divide (in some countries more than others) between the super rich and the super poor.

Do you think this is just the way we have come to accept? And it will always exist like it does today ? Or it will get better? Or it will get worse?

I don’t believe in a utopian world, but I always find it is so unfair – what would you do if you had the power to change it?

Good luck with the project!  It’s a great concept and you will learn a lot about people no doubt!

Take care. ” - Matthew

Question From Anon: Why Not Maths?

“I hope you are not offended by this. I wondered why you decided to study art over a real, useful subject like maths? ” - Anon
